# CAEN RFID skID portable reader supports ASYGN passive sensor chips.

[ASYGN AS321X chips](https://asygn.com/)
 for RAIN RFID tags and labels integrates a temperature sensor for wireless, batteryless sensing solutions in applications like food quality control, logistic, predictive maintenance, building (structure health monitoring) and many others.

The chip embedding sensor is assembled using standard equipment on a [TAGEOS EOS-840](https://www.tageos.com/en/products-services/product-selector.html?name=EOS-840%20Sensor%20LT%20AS321x%2CEOS-840%20Sensor%20ST%20AS321x%2CEOS-840%20Sensor%20T%20AS321x)
